The chervil is an annual herbal plant and belongs to the family of the Apiaceae .  Its origin is from the oriental side of the Mediterranean and It is imported in Italy by the ancient Romans . It may be 40-70 cm ( 15,74 -27,56 inch ) tall , leaves are light green and small and flowers are white . It’s riches in vitamin C , carotene and magnesium . Eating this plant helps to digest .
The cultivation may be with convetional method respecting the Disciplinary of "Produzione di Lotta Integrata "  method .
